Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-09-20
1. Who we are
Sentinel Holdings operates this website and investor portal. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we protect it.
2. Data we collect
Inquiries: name, email, phone (optional), and your message. Client accounts: username, display name, email, hashed password (we never store plain passwords), account/transaction records we maintain for you, portal messages, identity-verification documents you upload, and technical logs (IP address, browser, login times) kept for security. Telegram (optional): if you link Telegram, we store your chat ID solely to deliver notifications.
3. How we use data
To provide and secure the services, maintain your account records and statements, respond to inquiries, send service notifications you enable, meet legal/AML obligations, and prevent fraud and abuse. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Legal bases
Performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in securing and operating the services, your consent (e.g. Telegram notifications), and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Cookies
We use a strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in, and a language-preference cookie. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set by us.
6. Sharing
Data is shared only with: service providers strictly needed to run the platform (e.g. hosting, Cloudflare network services); Telegram, if you link it (message delivery only); and authorities where required by law. We require appropriate safeguards from providers.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed with a memory-hard algorithm (scrypt); sessions use secure, HttpOnly cookies; access is role-restricted so clients can only ever see their own records; identity documents are stored outside the public web directory and served only to you and the administrators through authenticated access; administrative actions are audit-logged; and the service is designed to run behind HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so notify us immediately of any suspected compromise.
8. Retention
Inquiry data is kept as long as needed to respond and for reasonable follow-up. Client records are kept for the duration of the relationship and thereafter as required for legal, accounting and AML purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent for optional features (e.g. unlink Telegram at any time in your portal settings). Contact us via the contact form.
10. International transfers
Our infrastructure and providers may process data outside your country. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever processed.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced through the portal.
Template for convenience. Have counsel adapt it to the privacy laws applicable to your clients.
